It's hard to believe there are only 3 months left, until the end of the year. It seems like the years are going by so fast. With the start of Q4 around the corner, I am focused on clearing the clutter from my mind and setting smart goals to end the year ahead. I don't know about you but I plan on walking into Q4 with clear intentions.
Sometimes life can get hectic and without a plan or vision, we find ourselves falling back to old habits and comforts. Plans and goals don't only need to be about business. I set personal, family, relationship goals and so much more. There are many things that I am unlearning or working on improving and writing them out or creating a vision board helps me focus on what's truly important to me. It helps stimulate growth.
Check out my worksheets and steps that have helped me set, track and achieve my quarter goals.
1. Think about the big picture and choose what you want to focus on this Quarter.

Set a day on your calendar to truly reflect on potential goals for this quarter.
Ask yourself why do I want to do this?
Think about what you can do this quarter to help you get closer to your bigger goals.

2. Set a goal for each month in the quarter.
After you've thought about what you would like to focus on, set 1 goal for each month in the quarter. Setting a goal for each month will help make Smart Goals. Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, and Timely. You don't want to scatter yourself. focus on 1-3 priorities for the quarter.

3. Create action steps toward each goal.
It's important to create action steps. Action steps are small, bite-sized tasks that relate specifically to your monthly Goal. These steps should be achievable and realistic. if needbe, break them down to even smaller steps. These steps can take anywhere from 5 minutes to 1 day to complete.
What three things can you do that’ll help you reach each of these goals?
4. Track your progress.
Work smarter not harder. Make sure to track your progress and adjust plans when needed. Review your goals with family or friends to keep yourself accountable.

5. Reflect and Celebrate Yourself!
Reflect and start thinking about the next quarter, but most importantly don't forget to celebrate yourself! One of my top goals is to learn to celebrate and treat myself more. No matter what I do or achieve somehow I always manage to skip celebrating myself and my accomplishments. I don’t get goal-setting perfect and sometimes I have to take a step back to focus on my core values. Remind yourself why you are doing it and remember to have fun and enjoy every step of the way. Once time is gone we cannot get it back, the only thing we control is how we act in each moment. So live, laugh, fall, and keep on going!
